Compliance, then SFI actions
The page shows the scheme year, the payment expected, and Register an action with a chip for each code, CHRW1, CSAM1 and the rest, and the payment per hectare.

Register it
Pick the code, type the area if it is paid per hectare, Register action. It appears under the year with no evidence until it has some.

Capture evidence
On the action, tap Capture evidence and take a photo with a note. The phone’s location and the date go on it. Two or three over the year is what a check asks for.
