# Hand a Decision to Someone

> Give a decision on Today to someone else on the farm. They get a push, and their tick carries their name.

**Before you start.** The farm needs a second person on it. [Invite the Team](/how-do-i/more/invite-the-team-and-set-roles) is under More.

  <Step title="Find Hand to someone">
    Under each decision on Today, when the farm has more than one person, a dashed line reads **Hand to someone**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap it and pick a name">
    A sheet titled **Who will see it through?** lists everyone on the farm with how many decisions each already holds this week. Tap a name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They get a push">
    The push reads "Handed to you on Today". Their initials then sit on the decision; tap the initials to hand it to someone else.

## What You See Next

When they tick it the row reads "Ticked by Rhys, 2 h ago", and the tick is kept in the record with their name. An advisor who is handed a decision also sees it on their own Today.

## If It Does Not

| You see             | It means                            | Do                                                                    |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| No Hand to someone  | You are the only person on the farm | More, Team, **Invite**                                                |
| The push never came | Their notifications are off         | Their phone's settings, then More, Profile, **What to tell me about** |
| The wrong name      | Handed to someone else              | Tap the initials and pick again                                       |
