# Get the Email and the Push Before a Date

> Turn on the Monday email that carries the key dates, and the push that arrives when an alert fires.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Key dates">
    From Today, tap **Key dates** at the top of the list, or go to More, then Key dates. It lists every closed period, heap deadline and cutting period on the farm, worked out from each field's crop and soil.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn on the weekly email">
    Go to More, Profile, then **What to tell me about**. **Key dates and the week ahead** sends the next fortnight's dates every Monday and a summary of overnight events each morning.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn on the push">
    On the same page, **An alert on a field fires, or a sensor goes quiet** sends a push to this phone as it happens. **Save notifications**.

## What You See Next

A date on Key dates is on Today the week it falls. The email carries the same dates with the same regulations, so a farm without the phone to hand is still told.

## If It Does Not

| No dates             | No field has a crop, or the nation is not stated                | Give each field its crop; More, Farm, the nation           |
| No push arrives      | This phone is not registered, or pushes are off in its settings | Sign in on the phone once; check its notification settings |
| The email is missing | Not turned on, or in spam                                       | What to tell me about, then look for agrihub360.com        |
