# The Licence and What a Client Pays

> One licence covers every client farm, and each client farm pays a quarter less while it is active.

  <Step title="Open the Agronomist page">
    The **Agronomist licence** card shows the price, £480 a year, the renewal date, and how many client farms are getting a quarter off.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Get or renew it">
    **Get a licence** opens Stripe's checkout. **Manage in the Stripe portal** is where the card and the invoices live.
  </Step>

  <Step title="What the client sees">
    Each client farm's plans page shows the discounted price with your name beside it, for example Grower at £180 instead of £240 on a farm up to 150 ha. The discount ends when the licence does.

Plans and packs you draft carry your name, and every client farm's legal dates appear on your Today.

## If It Does Not

| A client still pays full price               | The licence has lapsed, or you are not their Agronomist | Renew it; check the farm's Team page |
