# Overview

> Scout photo diagnosis, pest forecasts and regional outbreak alerts.

Crop Protection covers what is attacking the crop and when it is likely to. Photograph a leaf in the field and the app returns a diagnosis with a confidence score. An agronomist checks every diagnosis before it becomes advice.

Pest forecasts run on degree-days for UK crops. Regional outbreak alerts are scoped to your area and carry their source and confidence.

A photo passes a vision model and then an agronomist. The weather drives the pest forecasts and the regional alerts on the field.
